Eviction Notice (Nonpayment)

5-day written notice to pay rent or vacate before filing an eviction action in district court. (R.I. Gen. Laws § 34-18-35)

Security Deposit Return

Must be returned within 20 days of move-out with an itemized written statement. (R.I. Gen. Laws § 34-18-19)
