Our Goal

LevelLandlord wants every landlord and tenant to be able to use this website and the portals. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We are working toward that goal. We have not had an outside audit, and we do not claim full conformance.

What We Do

• A "Skip to Content" link at the top of each page, visible when you tab to it.
• Headings in a logical order, and descriptive text on images that carry meaning.
• Text colors checked against the AA contrast minimum.
• Pages that work on phones, tablets and desktops, and can be zoomed.
• Forms with labels, and pages that can be used with a keyboard.

Known Gaps

Some parts of the site may not yet work well with every assistive technology. The landlord and tenant portals are large and change often, so a screen or feature may fall short of AA. Some older guides and downloadable files may also be missing full accessibility markup. We fix problems as we find them.

Email admin@levellandlord.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We will reply and work on a fix. If you need information in another format, ask and we will help.
