We built this for the landlord who bought their first quadplex while holding down a full-time job.

That landlord doesn't need enterprise software. They need something they can afford on day one, that won't punish them for growing, and that won't raise the price the moment they sign a second lease.

Every other platform we found charged more as you scaled. Some had minimum monthly fees over $250 before you owned a single unit. Others locked features behind higher tiers and raised prices every year. We'd been landlords long enough to recognize a bad deal.

When it came time to price LevelLandlord, we priced it the way we would have wanted it when we bought our first property. $10/month for your base plan, with 4 units included. A duplex, triplex, or quad covered at one price. When your portfolio grows, add units at $2/unit/month. No tier upgrades, no platform fee jumps, no annual "adjustment" letter. The landlord managing 25 units pays the same per-unit rate as the one just getting started.

Our goal was to build more features than the competition and charge less than all of them. We're not done building, but we're priced like we are.

Pricing questions, answered

What happens at 5 units?
Your base plan covers your first 4 units for $10 a month. Unit 5 adds $2, so 5 units cost $12 a month. Every unit after that is another $2. There is no tier to upgrade to and no jump in your base rate.
Is there a contract?
No. LevelLandlord is month to month. You pay for the month you use and you can stop whenever you want.
How is my data protected?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and payments run through Stripe. We earn money from your subscription, so we never sell your data or your tenants' data. Read the details on our Trust & Security page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in a couple of clicks. Your account stays active through the end of the month you already paid for, and you can export your records before you go.
