That landlord doesn't need enterprise software. They need something they can afford on day one, that won't punish them for growing, and that won't raise the price the moment they sign a second lease.
Every other platform we found charged more as you scaled. Some had minimum monthly fees over $250 before you owned a single unit. Others locked features behind higher tiers and raised prices every year. We'd been landlords long enough to recognize a bad deal.
When it came time to price LevelLandlord, we priced it the way we would have wanted it when we bought our first property. $10/month for your base plan, with 4 units included. A duplex, triplex, or quad covered at one price. When your portfolio grows, add units at $2/unit/month. No tier upgrades, no platform fee jumps, no annual "adjustment" letter. The landlord managing 25 units pays the same per-unit rate as the one just getting started.
Our goal was to build more features than the competition and charge less than all of them. We're not done building, but we're priced like we are.
