Eviction Notice (Nonpayment)

14-day written notice to pay rent or vacate before filing an eviction action in superior court. (9 V.S.A. § 4467)

Security Deposit Return

Must be returned within 14 days of move-out with an itemized statement of deductions. (9 V.S.A. § 4461)

Entry Notice

Termination Notice
