1. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. No loud music, gatherings, or disruptive noise during these hours.
2. Guests: Overnight guests may not stay more than 7 consecutive nights or 14 nights total per month without prior written approval.
3. Pets: No pets without prior written consent from management. Approved pets require a $500 refundable pet deposit.
4. Smoking: No smoking anywhere on the property, including balconies, common areas, and parking lots.
5. Parking: Tenants are assigned one parking space. Guest parking is limited to designated areas only.
6. Trash: All trash must be placed in designated receptacles. Bulk items require management approval for removal.
7. Maintenance: Report all maintenance issues through the Tenant Portal. Do not attempt repairs without authorization.
8. Entry: Management will provide 24 hours notice before entering the unit except in case of emergency.
9. Alterations: No alterations, paint changes, or modifications to the unit without prior written consent.
10. Subletting: Subletting or short-term rentals of any part of the unit are strictly prohibited.
